Male Fertility?

Hello, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 1 year now. my question is:

Is there something my husband should be doing to increase his fertility?
Is there some kind of supplement or medication to help him be more "fertile"
foods? herbs? any ideas?
Please let me know, I just want to cover all bases.
Thank you, Anouk

First of all He should get tested. This would start with blood tests to determine hormone levels. Secondy, the Doctor sill probably send him to give a semen sample. (hate that part) Depending on the out come, he may have to go on hormone therapy- I did- and will be getting retested soon as well. I am mid fourties trying to concieve for the first time. My Doctor told me that if this did not work, that he would refer me to a Urologist.
Hope this helps and good luck!

if he does not yet, he needs to wear loose-fitting boxers instead of snugger-fitting drawers.

i suggest a specialist

Have you gone to the doctor to check his sperm count? Usually if you've been trying for a year without results, a doctor will diagnose a man with infertility, but that doesn't always mean they are infertile, there might be a few swimmers in the package somewhere.

Why ? why just a man who have fertility problems. The both of you can have the fertility problem.

Go to expert if you feel the time is making it worse?

Sea food is good for both of you. like shells and others
