Question about male fertility?

if a males sperm comes out clear with on one big white ball, does that means he's sterile? i know sperm suppose to come out creamy white but this comes out clear. i'm trying to tell my friend that her boyfriend might be sterile, do you think so?

She also says he smokes marijuana and drinks alcohol everyday like it's cigarettes and water. I told her to tell him to try and stop, and also go to a fertility doctor if they want they want to have a baby, but she says he doesn't want to go. I think he is ashamed though, to be honest!

Well clear semen does not mean infertile instead maybe that guy have masturbate or sexual activities too much which is why the semen are not able replenish fully.Though smokes smokes marijuana and drinks alcohol everyday somehow does affect but from here we cant really conclude he is sterile a more promising results would be consulting a doctor but due to personal ego he might not want to so simply put it this way there is no way you can tell his semen it is infertile why not try it on your friend if she is able to be pregnant means boyfriend is fertile.

How about they try getting married first? As for your question, there are only two ways to find out if he's sterile: have sex and see if she get's preggers or go to the doc.

Why would anyone want to have a baby with such a loser? Sounds like a terrible situation for a baby to be in. And tell her not to think that a baby will change things. It will only make it worse. She needs to dump him before she gets pregnant. Even if his sperm count is low, and marijuana will do this, one of those little buggers might get through. So tell her to runnnnnnn now!

Having some medical background he possible could have a low sperm count. And since he doesn't have a healthy diet his sperm is going to have adnormal appearence. Since he smokes marijuana and drinks alcohol everyday he could be developing some type of physical problems such as liver and kidney problems.

The only thing that determines sterility is a test of his sperm. In my opinion, they should be using birth control at least until they get married. Their relationship hasn't gone very far if they can't even agree to get him tested.

its hard to say if shes sterile. he should go to a doctor that deals with that, a urologist, and discuss it and maybe leave a sample. well i would just leave him. all drugged up is no way to be and it will ruin her life. he may be scared, but who cares if hes a pothead and a drunk hes a waste of skin.
