How to fix 4 yr old daughter's farsightedness without glasses?

my daughter was told that she has farsightedness and very bad astigmatism. i heard that kids that young their eyes are changing as they grow, how can i correct this without the use of glasses. i've heard something about eye patches and eye exercises, would this work for her? what would i need to do?

Sorry to say best for her would be to wear glasses. As she grows, you may contemplate contacts or laser surgery.
