Anybody who has had there farsightedness cured by the bates method, tell me your success story? |
Do you have any tips I wouldn't say cure. It's not a permanent fix. Just like regular muscles, your eyes have muscles that fatigue over time and needs occasional exercise to keep them in shape. My patients and I found that doing our eye exercises at least once a week -- after the initial workout -- we don't need our reading glasses. There is a limit, it works best for those with slight vision problems. I recommend getting a computer software for eye exercises, it's simple to do and higher patient compliance, just follow the object around the screen. i did not use the method because I was fine. Dr Bates wrote this book a very long time ago, and I once read it out of curiosity. All I can say is that when it came out it was recognized as a fine addition to the field of eye health. That's the best I can offer. I never read anywhere that his eye exercises were discredited. |
