Eye blurriness?

lately i have had little episodes of eye blurriness. I have bad eyesight i have to wear glasses all day for my farsightedness. Well lately i have noticed that i get little episodes where my eyesight will get like "patches" of blurriness for a couple seconds or so then they will go away. I am young so i don't think it is catarast. What could it be and how do i stop it?

I know what it is. I get it to but since i cant even remember how long but i was young.
Its dirt in your eye. I dont know about you but mine are like white dots and yes its blurry.
So i think its same as me.
P.S I'm not sure its dirt but its my best guest lol
Its not dangerous or anyting because i been getting for like forever and I'm fine. ;DDDDD
(i think)

you need to see your eye doctor.

I get the same thing too and I have been getting it for as long as I can remeber I dont think theres nothing wrong with it
