Help me plz? Click here if u are good at the eye!!!!!? |
Okay, I know this is complicated, but I need to know what helps nearsightedness better, contact lenses or glasses? What kind of contacts if it is contact lenses? What helps Farsightedness better? What helps the other type when you are a wierd shape on your eye ball or something? THX!!!!!!! O, its 4 this science fair thingy, and its soooo wierd, especially bcuz i suck at this kind of stuff...... Either can work fine, to correct either nearsightedness or farsightedness; there is no theoretical difference. If you have a significant astigmatism correction to deal with, I would suggest glasses; you can get contacts with astigmatism correction, but you have to be careful to install them with the correct part up. They carry a small dot so you can tell how to do so, but getting it exactly right is problematic. I much prefer glasses; not only is the notion of putting something in my eyes a bit off-putting, but glasses give some protection from flying crud. |
