I am looking for a charitable Dentist in the south Chicago land area. I need a upper plate of false teeth?

I have many problems with my teeth and smile. Have some crowns, one in front that is loose, discolred resin fills and missing teeth on the sides, had a partial, can't find it:) I am in need of an upper plate, perhaps an entire set of false teeth. I am on disability and have no dental coverage. Perhaps a dental school does this work or I heard once of a place in southern Il that did this for a flat fee. Can anyone make suggestions?
