Would someone supply approximate cost of all teeth removed and getting false teeth? |
I know someone who does not get free state dental care and doesn't make income enough for insurance. Her teeth are rotten into the gums and it isn't from drug use so please don't assume. Am trying to think of a plan to get together with others to pay the dentist but not let her know. She is in constant pain and has abcesses. Location is MIssouri. My fees are nearly the same as LittleMermaid's office, but in doing this kind of case for a disadvantaged individual, I would negotiate the fee and payment arrangements. Once a year, someone gets lucky and becomes my charity case for the year and would get the treatment for nothing or nearly nothing. I do not advertise this type of thing, so nobody knows about it. You never know when you might stumble into someone in Missouri doing the same thing. the best you can hope for is 80bucks a tooth and 250$ each for upper and lower plates. Dentists WILL negotiate ouch, this kinda pain is awful, I've been thru it myself. To extract all her teeth and replace with top and bottom dentures should be a good long term solution. I don't live in Missouri but I think the total cost should still be lower than implants. On my side of the universe, maybe $2K in our local currency I recomend you look into the Mexican dentist work. DO A LOT OF HOMEWORK!!! Find real reviews, email the people and make sure the reviews are real. My office is considered on the higher end of the scale, but I will tell you what we charge. I recently had this done, I have a very good dental plan and had to pay about 1400.00 out of pocket, but it was worth every cent to not have the pain and embarrassment any more. without insurance the cost should be around 4000.00, maybe you can find a clinic that would be cheaper, or contact a dentist to see if they might donate some of the cost for this worthy cause. |
