Fainting???? |
I have this problem with fainting. I have fainted once and now every time i stand up in a crowded place i feel lightheaded, my eyes blur, and my ears just ring. My school has masses that all the students have to go to and i always feel like im going to faint. I cant sit down or eat food in the mass. I have tried tapping my foot and even pinching myself but im not sure if its working. any help would be appreciated I first fainted at age 7 and learned to carry smelling salts. If you can't find a vial in your local pharmacy, just fill a small vial with ammonia. Soon as the feeling starts, take a whiff. Because it happens in the same environment, make sure you're wearing something with pockets for ready access. For me if I dont eat enough I get like that, try carriying a granola bar or something else that wont melt. I fainted for yrs doc's told me it was low blood pressure check it out...
