Fainting and panic attacks!?

I'm 19 and consider myself healthy!

the day after boxing day i fainted in work for no apparent reason and from that day i still would faint and i never have got rid of the "feeling of faintness"

However, fainting isn't really my problem anymore i now suffer from panic attacks regardless whether i am in the house or outside, im pretty sure i am now having the attacks due to the episodes of fainting!

i would jus like to know if anyone else has suffered what i have? if so did overcome it and how?

thanks!

I have talked to my doctor...they have referred me on to a a thearpist, i just wanna know can the fainting be linked to the attacks?

Panic attacks sometime include an an intense feeling that one will pass out (faint). It is not true fainting and I do not know if this applies to you. Generally low blood pressure causes fainting, while panic raises the blood pressure.

I haven't experienced fainting and stuff, but if i did i would talk to my doctor about it because he can probably prescribe some medication to get you back on track.

i think your blood pressure is too low or high

fainting isnt really a problem but you have panic attacks due to fainting ? hm pretty sure its just blood pressure
