Scared of fainting?

I have never fainted befor but came really close .I'm getting married soon and I am sooooo scared that i'm gonna faint while standing up there in front of all those people. Is there a way to prevent fainting.

Make sure you eat something before the ceremony and get as much rest as possible the night before. Many people faint from low blood sugar, exhaustion and stress.

Also, don't lock your knees. This is another big factor. Keep your knees loose and even slightly bent. Switch from foot to foot while standing. Or try curling your toes inside your shoes.

And BREATHE! Many women when they're nervous hyperventilate and pass out from lack of oxygen! Breathe normally and deeply.

You'll be fine! It'll be fun...and you won't faint.... :-)

take 5mg of valium to calm your nerves, or maybe a drink or 2.

Wear a tight corset.

Insert a remote control vibrator. Give the control to your fiance' or bridesmaid. If they see you looking bored or zoned, they can provide a zap of pleasure. Plus your husband can then have fun while at the reception.

I will tell you you are not going to faint. What you are going through is a case of anxiety and what that does is raises you adreneline flow to produce more adreniline to make you feel like you are going to faint I suggest ask your doctor for 1 sedative for that day and you should not have any problems with fainting just remember to take it an hour before the wedding. The best part about that is noone has to know. You will stop hyperventilating too that is also was you feel faint.good luck on your weeding may you have all the happiness of marital bliss.

Make sure you eat and drink something (preferrably water) before you walk down the aisle. Lots of water.
