Nearly fainting?

I keep getting dizzy spells where it feels like I'm going to pass out but I don't. I feel immense pressure, almost like my eyes are going to roll into the back of my head but they're not moving. This has been happening for the last few months but before then I didn't have a problem. I have put a glare screen on my computer and feel generally healthy, but I'm just a bit worried that 'nearly fainting' might turn into actually fainting. Does anyone have any ideas?

Go to your doctor you may have a heart problem. This is very serious and i am worried for you to . Are you eating enough food? Are you eating 5 to 9 serving of fruits and veggies. Are you getting enough sleep. These are the only things I can think of. This is serious and you should talk to your doctor.

go to doctors and get your blood pressure checked out, could be low.

here's a bit more info:

You may be aneamic or have a low blood count, I have had this problem for years and needed a blood transfusion, just get your self checked out and stop worrying.

Go to the Doctor, you may have low blood pressure, or an inner ear infection. Get it checked out, just to be sure, ok?

Get your vision checked out OR go to your doctor.

As this is a persistent problem, I think that you would be well advised to have a chat with your GP.

Best wishes, J

go to doctor & have your blood pressure checked & all so a blood test to put your mind at ease

You need to see your doctor immediatey.
Are you eating enough ? could be something to do with low blood sugar-I get this alot as I have a tendancy to hypoglycemia. Also low blood pressure or simply not drinking enough water can have this effect as well.
Is it possible you are pregnant ?
Basically there are loads of causes and you need to get it checked out pronto !

You might not be getting enough water; aim for 8 glasses a day.
And try to stay away from too much caffeine (e.g. coffee, tea, sodas, chocolate); it can dehydrate you.
Your blood sugar may be low, too.
If these dizzy spells are really bad and continue for much longer, go see your doctor.

Let me get this straight, you have almost been fainting for a few months and haven't been to the doctors? Are you mental?
And if you drive, STOP right now, you don't want to plough into some kids or something because you pass out at the wheel.
Jeez, it amazes me people will take their cars to the garage for 'a funny noise', but your body starts acting up, the only thing you can't replace in the world, and we all just sit around ignoring it, or asking strangers what to do! Crazy world.

get an eye test done just to be on the safe side hope u feel better soon
