Fainting experiences? |
What are your experiences with fainting? Funny? Embarassing? Stupid? Fake? Yes, it's embarrassing but, you can't let that bother you because when it happens, it happens. I'm hoping that you have had this evaluated by a Doc. There can be underlying physical reasons for the low blood sugar. In the meantime, be sure that you don't skip meals and keep snacks handy. I hope that this helps. that happened to me in 4th grade! i didnt eat that much and i was standing in the sun inside art class watching the art teacher do this example that took like 10 yrs and then i just felt really dizzy and started blanking out, it was horrible I have fainted a few times, and I always lose vision before I go out. The first time I was about 10 years old, and the teacher called on me and I stood up and couldn't see. I finally managed to say I was not feeling well and she said to sit back down, but I had stepped into the aisle and didn't know where my desk was. Apparently I was pale enough that she eventually asked somebody else to help me sit down. I once fainted on the subway. It was embarrassing. The car was absolutely packed and I had had nothing to eat that morning. I had to stand up because no seats were available. I started feeling very hot, dizzy, lightheaded and nauseous. I decided that this was NOT going to work out for me so I promptly sat on the floor (or at least I thought I did), I probably did some sort of ungraceful slump. At this point I was only catching every few seconds of my surroundings. When I opened my eyes after to what felt like to me a second later, I was laying down across several seats with about 20 people staring at me. The train was stopped and there were announcements about how there was a sick passenger aboard and we would be moving shortly. Now this was during morning rush hour and everyone wants to get to work. I could feel their hatred seeping out of their eyes... it was horrible.. I closed my eyes pretending to be out again. |
