How do prevent myself from fainting in this situation? |
for marching band, we have to stand still in a block for 2-3 hours straight in the hot sun before the annual memorial day parade in our town. I fainted last year, and I tend to faint in situations like that. What precautions can I take to prevent myself from fainting this year? (Don't say drink water, because I won't have an available bathroom and I constantly have to go, and don't say "sit down" because if I do my band teacher won't let me do it next year) the main reason why someonefaints is tht blood circulation doesnt take place completely so i wud advice tht u tap ur feet within ur footware to produce some movement in the body and thus prvent fainting I don't think there are any other alternatives. |
