Ways to avoid fainting? |
I experience occasional anxiety attacks, it always feels like I am going to pass out which upsets me more. I know lying down with feet up or putting your head between your knees is recommended, but this is not an option when driving or standing in a crowd. Any other ideas? concentrate on your breathing.... inhale normally then exhale counting to thirty.... slow down exhales... You can do breathing into a paperbag, drinking some cold water. Drink water. I swear this will help a bit :) Hopefully, if you are driving and one of these attacks occurs Occasionally i stand up to fast, and loose my sense of all balance, and faint...i usually fall backwards, but recently i fall forward... am told its a sudden loss of oxygen to my brain,.. i feel like a vibration is happening in my thinker... like my brain is fading out...queezzie.. and am aware of beginning to fall, but dont ever know i have reach the floor or ground. |
