I've been fainting?

I have had two fainting spells in the last week. All tests (EKG, CAT scan, blood and urine) were normal. They are preceeded by overwhelming sleepiness. The doctor says that, on paper, I am the picture of health. Any ideas?

Preceeding the two fainting spells, I was sitting.. in class and in work. My stress level has increased lately, it's only 4 weeks til the end of the semester, but I've been under this kind of stress before. Also, I had dengue fever in Cambodia 2 years ago...

Cause

Are you diabetic? Also, when I had gallstones I would pass out. Do you have stomach problems? It can also be a pinched nerve.

What were you doing when you fainted?

Well what have you been doing when you fainted? I know that if you stand for a period of time and lock out your knees, then you would faint. The locking out of your knees cuts off the blood to your head.

Also have you been eating regularly? If your eating cycle changes and you become stressed, overwhelmed with stuff, etc. that might be a cause.
