Just fell @ work, not seriuos!! But facial scares!!?

I just fell @ work,(stumbled)no real seriuos injuries, but I have road rash on my forehead&nose. Does the companey/workers comp have to compensate me for these ugly scares??? (I live & work in Indiana.

Look up your local yellow pages and call a lawyer who specializes in workers comp cases. You may qualify.

Yes, you need to note the day and time and circumstances, also list any witnesses. They will not pay for cleaning the blood off the keyboard though.
