I'm confronting with a difficult case....could you help?

i have a patient with a very strong hormonal disorder. her hormonal level is much too higher over the normal level
in some cases, when my teen patients have had hormonal disorders i used to prescribe them oral contraceptives, but this girl was administrated a higher dose of testosterone when she was a baby.
according to the tests results she cannot be administrated hormones because this might cause her a heart attack.
if you've confronted such a case before, please indicate some treatments that might help her
she has an acute acne that cannot be treated with any external (facial) solution

Metformin....not a contraceptive and balances hormones and side effects of possible testosterone increase.
Do some research on PCOS you might find some interesting treatment options.
Good luck.

have you considered Accutane?

So she has too much testosterone in her system now? Is that the hormonal disorder? You don't say. If so, here is a medication that a Bayer subsidiary has had good luck with:

Go to your doctor...and get a professional consultation...instead of pretending you are a doc...on here...

I had severe acne in my teens and early 20's caused by a strong hormonal imbalance. I was on hormone therapy for 20 years, which helped a bit. I eventually went on Acutane for my acne. Your patient could try Acutane, or she could try laser/photo therapy for her acne. The various laser/photo/light therapies do not affect any other part of the body except the skin that is being treated.

My pal used Quienoderm(spelt wrong..!Sorry)
how can this not be treated externally??
And wat is her future method of contraceptive,if she cannot be prescribed hormones?
(..if she likes pot holers .. or they like her?)
I feel sorry for her.
