Diagnose this patient's disorder?

common tics of eye blinking, coughing, throat clearing, sniffing, and facial movements. They have normal life expectancy and intelligence. The severity of the tics decreases for most children as they pass through adolescence.
They may be diagnosed when a person exhibits both multiple motor and one or more vocal tics (although these do not need to be concurrent) over the period of a year, with no more than three consecutive tic-free months

That is Tourette's syndrome, you might add, these tic's never happen during sleep.

it could be blepharospasm, which causes eye twitching throat clearing etc.

Motor and vocal tics may be symptoms of Tourette's or a chronic tic disorder. It does not describe blepharospasm which primarily involves the muscles of the eye.
