Can i go for yearly Visual Acuity check at local eye wear shops instead of eye clinics?

Better still, is there any way I can print out the eye chart and test it on my own? If so, can you kindly find a suitable link and suggest the appropriate distance to test my eyes in a small room lesser than 10 feets?

Depends how bad your eye is,.

of course you can test your acuity by printing a chart.

but that wont be a "vision" test. nor will it be an "eye exam". it'll only be a measurement of acuity. thats it.

starting tomorrow i'm going to start counting how many questions you ask in optical PER DAY.
