Is it now safe to stare directly into the sun with UV eye wear protection? |
I'm interested in the benefits of phototherapy or SAD light therapy but the boxes are too much for me to afford. Suggestion are you stare directly into this light and it has no UV. These lights are recommended 10,000 lux. So do you think i can just cheap out and use the sun? Not unless you like blindness. No, the glasses don't offer enough protection. If you look off a few inches so you see the sun, but it is not direct in the eyes, it should help, even with UV protection direct sunlight will blind you. |
