Is it possble to wear contact lenses after laser eye surgery? |
I have heard that in many cases that your eye sight is not restored to 20/20. Does that mean in that case , you cannot wear contact lenses and you have to resort to wearing spectacles? Yes! Most people have very good vision after eye surgery, very few need glasses,i had my eyes done 5 yrs ago and still have 20/20. Ask your doctor. You'd trust your eyesight to us? Sure...why not? I lost my leg in the war and now have a prosthetic leg, but I still really love to use my wheelchair and crutches??????????? Depends on how bad your eyes are pre-op. I had my eyes lasered 12 months ago and attained better than 20/20 (6/6) within 24 hours. Ask your surgeon he's the only one qualified to answer your question. Your eyes are important do not accept answers from here as gospel. All I can say is its life changing, if your suitable and have the opportunity I'd recommend it to anyone. |
