I had LASIK eye surgery can I wear color contacts??

I really want to wear them but I don't know if they will damage my eyes...does anyone know??

Of course you can wear cosmetic colored contact lenses. Just make sure that they are expertly fitted.

well unfortunately your eyes have been reshapen from the lasik surgery and most contacts will not sit on your eyes correctly. So the answer to your question is that it will most likely not work.

I would ask the surgeon who did the surgery if it is okay to wear colored contacts. My question is why would you want to wear contacts - isn't that the reason you got the surgery in the first place so that you didn't have to wear them? I hope to get it in the near future.

You can wear colored contacts. You just need the plano (prescription free) ones.
