I wear contacts, my eye is all red, I can barely open it I thought that something might have fallen in it.? |
Yesterday I was at the park and there was something in my eye (or so i thought). allergy or foreign body , go to ur eye doc You have scratched the cornea at least. You need to get it looked at right away. They will give you drops to stop the pain and others to help it heal. You will probably need to wear an eye patch for a day or two If you wait , you may have permanent damage.. You need to see an eye doctor! You don't want to mess up your site.I have heard that some contacts cause infections! Take the contacts out, if you haven't already. Mix a warm solution of a half glass of water with one teaspoon of salt. Use as an eye wash several times a day. Just put your head back and tip the glass into lower part of eye. I've damaged my cornia several times, but usually from overwear and chemicals. As others have said, take out the contacts. Gently wash your eyes with clear water, and if you have any gentle eyedrops, use them. I would strongly reccomend that you see an eye doctor if you have any suspicions at all that your eye might be damaged. Dont use contacts until your eyes get better. |
