When i was 13 years old i got glasses, the no was 0.50, when i was 24 it bacame 3.50, now i am 30 and it is stable.

if you are a teenager the no of your glasses will increase it has to do something with u gorwing up.

It depends on what u do to worsen ur eye sight, watching, tv or the computer screen, reading in darkness or at night even with light on will badly affect your eyesight even u r wearing glasses.

I am a it-enginneer and wear specially made glasses with photo-releftive and interpolorizted . this helps me to minimize the damaged done by sun & computer screens.

The tips for making your eye-sight ,
if u can eat cod-liver oil pills the are the best (Ask ur doctor first in some case they might create health problems), fish, carrots, seasime seeds (in the morining before breakfast), will slow down the process of your eyes getting effected, vitamin A is very good for eye but if taken to much can leave u blind so don't take it without the permission of your doctor.

I must advise to consult a eye-specialist, and then take any of the above mentioned item, it may benift u or do to ur health condition might create problems. if your eye sight no is less then 0.50, wearing glasses is not must and can be cured easliy
