My right eye is very red, is it OK for me to wear contacts? |
Out of fear, I've been not wearing them for two days. But I think I need to start seeing again. When I wake up in the morning my eye is very very red. As the day goes on the redness decreases but is still present. I feel no pain in my eye at all, I feel normal. Is it safe for me to put in my contacts? Could this just be a cold weather thing or something? No, I do not sleep in my contacts, I haven't even been wearing them for the last two days. And there are no other symptoms, I feel completely normal. Your eyes are getting red for a reason. There is something wrong with them, especially if you wake up that way. Do you sleep in your lenses? Is there any other symptoms? If there is something wrong, your contacts could mask the problem; acting like plastic wrap and robbing your eyes of the oxygen it needs to heal. You should contact your doctor and let them know whats going on. I wouldn't wear them. Go to your opthalmologist because you could have an infection. i wouldnt try to. maybe you have allergies |
