Pellet Gun problem involving eye injury?

i left the bolt backwards on my pellet gun and when i fired it something went into my eye will you still get lead poisoning from it if it is in your eye dust from the rifle flew into my eye it wasn't the pellet and yea i know i was stupid enought to not put it forward i can emit that but can it still give you lead poisoning?

its was a Daisy AirRifle crosman .177 Caliber and i shot just more then 1 pellet

I think it's safe to say that you aren't going to get lead poisoning from this accident, but to help you rest a little easier, let's treat it as though it could.
Brew a cup of Chamomile tea, let cool and pour onto a clean washcloth. Wipe your eye lid and area. You don't have to put the tea in your eye, the wetness from the cloth on your eyelashes and tear ducts will take in what is needed.
You can find Chamomile tea in the grocery store coffee isle. It's antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, astringent, pain reliever and the list grows long.
Best to you and take care of this ASAP.

no theres not enough lead in one pellet. i would check your eye if its bothering you or even go to an optometrist to check you out further.

what kind of gun do you have?

yea next time, push the bolt forward after you load the pellet otherwise you are asking for trouble
