I would like to know is it normal for quails to fight ive had one quail loose a eye and other head injury?

i have 3 female and 1 male they are fed twice a day with water but in the last 5 weeks 2 quails have had injuries 1 loosing a eye the other a head injury it upset her that much ive had to seperate her from the other quails as she keep getting attacked please advise

maybe they are stressed - what conditions are they living in.
