Eye sight problem? |
can anyone tell me what this is. my sight has been normal up until tonigth. in the upper left eye when i look foward it looks like someone is flashing a flash light at me from a distance. I have had no injuries just some slight headahes My optometrist told me that floaters are not a problem, that is dots and other shapes floating past your eyes, but if you see flashes of light that is very serious and you must see an optometrist immediately. Could be an aura, but I would see an optomitrist or physician to be sure there wasn't a more serious problem with the retina. Call your doctor and ask about that, and do it either tonight, or tomorrow a. m. as soon as you get up. I wouldn't wait though. |
