My son's left eye's pupil is bigger, should I be worried? |
My son is 3yrs old and his eye does not stay like that permanently only occasionally, he has had no head injuries... Hello there! yes of course your son has a problem!!!! take him to a doctor!! NOW!!!! He is tripping on LSD, take him to the park asap, and bring some Pink Floyd for the ride there. Let an opthamologist take a look at him. talk to a doctor.....but it may be a drug hes on i strongly suggest that you see your son's pedeatritian. Take him to an optometrist who may refer you to an opthamologist. Yeah, I can recall someone having a child with a brain tumor and said that the size of the puil is the reason they initially brught their child to the doctor. iT is probably nothing, but just in case bring him to the doctor, better safe than sorry. no, don't be worried...my daughter's eyes were exactly the same way when she was three & four. i went to a doctor and he said it was totally normal...your son will grow out of it. you do need to ask a eye dr. The fact that the difference in pupil size is not seen all of the time, would cause me some concern. Evaluation of the pupil's reaction to various stimuli, physical examination of the pupil and other structures in and around the eye and, perhaps, other neurological examinations should be done. Take your son to an eye doctor for an examination. I would not take this lightly until major disorders have been ruled-out, particularly if the condition suddenly appear recently. Pupils get larger and small depending on what you are looking at. Bring him to a doctor or eye doctor if his pupils stay large permanently. you probably want to check that out quick with a medical doctor. |

Well that really depends on which construction field you're referring to: In carpentry, the most common are cuts and punctures, with smashed fingers coming in a very close second. In weld... could have been the result of a strain.. or just from bending over to pick something up.. as we get older the skin gets thinner and the it is easier to see the blood under the skin.. also with age ... i get that all the time. it could be the start of pink eye but sometimes it goes away in like 3 days. make an appointment with your eye doctor just in case it causes a major infection. good luck! ... LOl at first answer. I never heard that before. I was gonna suggest finding out firsthand: take a 9 volt battery and stick your tongue to it for just a second. You'll get a strong tingling sen... Yes it could. It will more than likely go away on it's own. There is an all natural drops that is for pink eye that works real good for this, you can get it at walmart, it has a pink top. don't wear your contact lenses for 3 days....superficial injury. don't worry about it. if it is not getting better in one day, go see your eye doctor. but wear glasses for 3 days.<... get a full blood profile to exclude any bleeding disorders ...haha ... |
