Whats the leading injury in the construction field ? (falls) (eye) (back) etc.?

Well that really depends on which construction field you're referring to:

In carpentry, the most common are cuts and punctures, with smashed fingers coming in a very close second.
In welding, it would be burns and eye injuries.
High iron/steel work would be falls followed by broken bones from getting crushed.
etc., etc.

shoulder, and back problems , from lifting to much ,for alot of years
