Pain in lower eye lid? |
I noticed a little bit of pain in one of my lower eyelids today. Pain occurs when I close my eye. The eyelid( towards the outside corner) is aslo swollen and a bit red. seems to be getting worse as the day goes on. I now notice this pain or discomfort when I blink. Eye is not red and no tearing has occurd. I can't think of any injuries etc. that my have promoted this. Any ideas. Thanks! i get that all the time. it could be the start of pink eye but sometimes it goes away in like 3 days. make an appointment with your eye doctor just in case it causes a major infection. good luck! and also to help the swelling go down, put cold ice on it or eye drops. You may be getting a stye. It could be dryness from allergies. I get it too. Rinse it out and then don't toch it or rub it. It will go away by tomorrow (it should) ;-) |
