I went to the hospital twice and my eye still hurts and its still blury. do you think and can I sue them for my injury your injury should have been filed under workman's compensation when you went to the hospital. this means there was special paperwork you had to fill out so your employer will have to pay all of your medical bills for the hospital trip and any other medical care you receive in the future related to the accident.
as far as suing. you won't get very far with this b/c you have to prove beyond ALL shadows of doubt that your employer was negligent and that's what caused the accident. this is often hard to prove.
just continue to followup with your dr and do exactly what he says so you can recover appropriately. our eyes are amazing organs and you probably won't suffer permanent damage-it just takes time to heal.
