Can sinus infections make an eye dialate?

ive had a bad chest infection then can a sinus infection also ive noticed 1 eye has dialated a bit ive had ct scan and im on antiboctics with amocxiccilian can this affect the eye??

the eye socket is very close to the sinus opening. You may have another underlying infection, and need something a bit stronger.
