My rottys getting sick, and losing weight rapidly, with eye infections, antibiotics help, now she sick again? |
Im thinking the way she is losing weight, that she might have cancer in her lower spine, she has had hip diclclosure for the past 2 yrs, and just keeps getting sick, and in pain, I treat her with antibiotics, bathe her eyes, and within a few weeks she seems to be sick again?, Get her seen by a vet! Antibiotics and eye drops will do nothing if she does have cancer. |

It could very well be pink eye. Your symptoms sound like mine when I had pink eye. It is very contageous. Go to the Doctor. He will give you a prescription for a salve that you put in your eye.... A Stye is an infection of a gland in your eyelid. It sounds like it has passed this stage and become something called pre-septal cellulitis or Orbital Cellulitis. Because of the location this infec... Sounds like conjunctivitis, easily treatable. But you can't afford NOT to look after your eyesight - how much does it cost to go blind? Spend a few dollars to make sure you are treated prope... Sorry to say but i am pretty sure you have conjunctivitis. THis is most commonly caused by either an infection or and allergic reaction (maybe to your makeup). If it is an allergy i suggest antihis... If your eyes get better without using your contacts, the contact lens solution is defintely suspect. Is this solution one of those 'all-in-one' solutions? I used to get chronic red eye... you have to (not an option) THROW AWAY your contacts and do NOT put them on again until you have been cleared by an eye Dr to wear them again- Wearing your contacts when you have an eye infection o... YES! This has happened to me numerous times. One time some of the red bumps were so bad (and large) that the doctor had to do minor surgery in which he "poked" into them with some sort ... clean your case often with warm water and soap, let it dry completely before using again if you have disposable contacts you don't really need to clean them often if not, and when you do cle... |
