Eye infection problem? |
My glasses broke so I temporarily taped the side up. I never really changed the tape so one evening I fell asleep with my glasses and I think this is how I got the eye infection. Now, one day I was on the computer and the screen seemed a more blurry than usual and ever my eyes felt watery. Everytime I forced a blink the screen would become a little more clear and then it would get all blurryish again. I went to bed that evening and woke up with eye filled with this weird puss thick liquid and I could not open my eyes. They told me it was a pink eye. I didn't have anything with me at the moment and I was going to perform that day so my mom told me to put some ice on it. The swelling decreased a few hours later with the ice and my eye got better. I forgot that I ever had it until later, I realized that whenever I go to sleep or keep my eyes closed for a very long while, the liquid starts to build up a little and I'd wake up with watery eyes. What to do!? Don't wanna doctor! 2 much $ This happened about 4 months ago and it doesn't happen as much as it did before. But I have noticed that in my pictures one eye is bigger than the other, it's not that noticeable until you really really look at it, and that's why I posted this question... I guess I could see someone for it... Sounds like conjunctivitis, easily treatable. But you can't afford NOT to look after your eyesight - how much does it cost to go blind? Spend a few dollars to make sure you are treated properly. Only a doctor can really diagnose. Try going without glasses for a few days. Give your eyes a break. Also go out and get eyedrops. Go to the local pharmicist. They will help for free. try to give a rest to your eyes.. if no results in a few days =) go see the doctor You really need a prescription, if possible go to a doctor or clinic. Aside from that, keep everything as clean as possible: hands, pillow cases, washcloths, etc. Don't touch with hands. |
