FRICKIN EYE INFECTIOn!!!!!? |
I've had this "allergy related eye infection" for 6+months. I've seen an eye doctor and a regular doctor for a total of 4 times (just about the infection) I've tried the tea thing, persciption, over the counter stuff, and I'm looking for ways to get rid of this before the holidays. My husband says he thinks my body is just acting like i still have it but i think otherwise. I have no clue what to try now and im really trying hard. Please dont waste my time and say go to the doctor because i have!!!HELP ME PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ... Every morning when i wake up its all red and puffy. I can fell it too. I dont know how to explain the feeling but i do not want to feel that any longer I would recommend taking allergy meds to see if that helps, and I hate to say it, see a doctor (an allergist this time) It may be you have been treating the symptoms but have done notheing about th cause. If you have an infection then the antibiotics should have worked a long time ago. One of the worst sources for repeat eye infections are mascaras and eyeliners. If you are still using them throw them out and do not wear ANY eye makeup for at least 3 weeks. See your doctor again. Have you tried some of the herbal eyewashs? I understand how bad it must be to have this chronic infection. However; Never, Never put anything in your eyes that is not intended to be there. Many a person has become blinded by putting stuff in their eyes that is not sterile, or made for the eyes. Better an infection than braile and sunglasses. Go see a different MD, go see one that did not graduate at the bottom of the class. |

Your GP should refer you to an Ophthalmologist, who will be better equiped to diagnose and treat your problem. Don't bother go... Eye problems escalate quickly!
