Is this an eye infection? |
I've been wearign contacts for 6 weeks now and usually they have been okay, but yesetrday put them in and eye started going red, watery and sore plus one eye kept feeling really heavy and blurry. Bacterial conjunctivitis. Sounds like you have conjuctivitis. Keep the contacts out for a week and review your cleaning regime. It may be you need to change your solutions. You've conjuncted contractivitis. As everyone else is saying it could be an infection. What i would do as you have only been wearing contacts for 6 weeks is keep the lenses out and go and see your optician as soon as possible. They can check the health of your eye. Eyesight is too precious not to look after it. |
