Eye Vision that fades out during the day and comes back at night?

I have an medical eye disease call keracotonus, its mostly affect my right eye. The eye drs are unable to get me to see 20/20 or 20/30 and cant figure out why. It feels like when it first snows and its sunny out, you look at the snow and go back inside, it takes a little bit for you eyes to get used to the dark again, When I take the eye test, it feels like the light on the wall that shows the letters, starts to blend in and have to blink to focus back up. I have an MRI scheduled but hope someone else out there possibly has heard of this before.
