Does exercise lower eye pressure?

To lower the risk of eye diseases such as glaucoma, and If so, what kind of exercise?

Exercise lowers your blood pressure but does not lower the eye pressure. It is a different type of pressure. I do not think there are exercises that will help with the risk of glaucoma. I am on the highest end of normal on the glaucoma scale so I am watching it also.

I really don't think there is much you can do except keep getting the pressure checked. Good luck to you.

smoking weed lowers inter cranial pressure.....look up treatment for glaucoma, retard whoever game me a thumbs down

No...drinking Carrot juice will help keep your eye nerves and muscles healthy...once you have glaucoma you will have drops to put in your eyes daily...and will have to get your pressures checked every 3 months...that's why its important to get your eyes dilated!
