Can glucoma (eye disease) be caured I have operated both eyes ?

Sorry, glaucoma cannot be cured and the visual field loss cause by the nerve damage is permanent. However, it can be controlled successfully by medications, laser or surgery. That is why early detection is important. If you have glaucoma, advise other members of your family to also have their eyes check.

Smoking dope lowers the pressure in the eyes which is what glucoma is, high pressure.

Question needs further clarification.

what chloe said is true.... but no, it cant be cured.... so you can be stupid and see, or be dumb and blind.... ( like that is posta be a choice!?!?)

it can not be cured, but can be helped with eye drops you get from optomotrist

Glaucoma is a condition where the pressure in the eye increases which can eventually lead to blindness if not treated. It can not be cured but can be controlled by the use of eye drops prescribed by a doctor. If condition is severe enough there is a surgical procedure where they create a small "flap" that will release the pressure when the drops are not working as hoped. You still have to use the drops to help.

Glaucoma is a rise of pressure in your eyes which can be controlled with pylocarpine drops from your opthomologist. Surgery is a last resort - some doctors will open a small slit to allow the pressure to release, but the best relief is the pylocarpine. By the way, if you also have cataracts, if you have them removed, it often releases the pressure in the eyes, as well.
