what helps fluid filled bags under the eyes I have never heard of this but for swolen and bags under your eye's there's a cream called All about eyes by Clineac. (sorry cant spell this time of night). this is a fab cream, you can get it in boots. it is amazing. I did a search and came up with this link, I hope it helps you =) Good luck. |
