There are no cures for keratoconus. You need to speak with your eye doctor to see if gas permeable contact lenses or refractive surgery (LASIK) are options for you.

sleep and a cold pack for an hr on the eye also keep the eye moisturized with drops but not the one that gets the red out... get plenty of sleep
