Uveitis is a disease of the uveal tract of the eye.
Your disease appears to be a little chronic as it is of almost six years duration now; and in view of your young age matter may be viewed with all its seriousness.
Hence you are advised periodical regular check up of your vision with an uveal tract / chorioretinal specialist at a reputed ophthalmic institution.
During examination if it is found that there is no cyclitic membrane developed, pupils active, no pigmentary deposits on the lens, with normal tension you are the luckiest.
Do not meddle with your eyes too much for this purpose.
Always see that your eyes never become red, keep the pupils slightly dilated, wear cooling glasses, maintain normal tension, and apply steroids under strict ophthalmic supervision only.
Meanwhile the ophthalmologist will carry out necessary investigations to explore the cause and give further treatment.
Now a days the Medical science in the field of ophthalmology has very many recent advances and so do not worry much in this regard.
If possible make a foreign trip for this purpose under an eminent specialist advise.
All the best!!
