Eye Cancer!?

I have pink eye right now so thats why i'm asking this question!

If someone gets pink eye atleast once a month for a year and a half now don't you think she should have it checked for something more serious, like cancer or tumors? I mean it started with my right eye, but the last two times i got it in my left eye too! My doctor just looks at my eye and prescribes me medicine! I have been doing research and want to get tested for something more serious, but my mom thinks the doctor is a saint...what should i do?

Tumors in your eye don't cause a bacterial infection to reoccur. However, your lack of immunity is cause for concern.

Pink eye is very contagious, and you are probably contaminating your healthy eye when washing you face or not washing your hands enough.
Eye cancer is usually a form of melanoma and often caused by ultraviolet rays. Do yourself a favor and wear sun glasses all the time you are outside.
When is the last time you had a blood test ? Maybe your metabolism needs examining.

Pink eye is an infection and you can spread it or you are getting it from someone. Eye cancer is just not as simple. What research have you done?

None of this has to do with pink eye, chill out you are probably OK.
