If you have brain cancer or a brain tumor how big does your eye swell up?

Well, I guess it depends on the location, type and size of the tumor itself. Most brain tumors produce other symptoms such as headaches, loss of consciousness, seizures, etc. In my limited experience, I haven't really seen one that directly causes the eyes to swell. (Except retinoblastomas which directly affect the eye and can cause significant growth. Then again, I have had little neurosurgical experience.)

Probably not at all. If the tumor effects the eye and vision areas you may go blind but I have never heard of your eye swelling.

A tumour around the optic nerve (a glioma or a meningioma) can push the eye out of the head. This is called a proptosis. The eye will protude as far as the tumor forces it.
