Important question about cancer?

if u have a little pain on ur right eye can it be cancer?

It's not impossible, but it's not likely. My cousin is an Opthamologist and though he's treated and operated on patients with eye cancer, it hasn't been very often.

Since you're concerned enough to ask the question, it would be a good idea for you to go to an Opthamologist to have your eyes examined. The doctor will find the cause and treat the pain for you.

Eye cancer is rare, very rare. Fleeting pain here and there is normal. Steady pain is not. Swelling, discoloration, vision problems etc. would be other important signs.
