Is glaucoma a type of cancer? |
I overheard a person saying that he had glaucoma and that that was a type of cancer in the eye. Is this true? No, it's not cancer Your welcome :) Report It Nooooo.Fortunately it's something totally different I don't think so. no...diabetics get glaucoma...it can cause blindness no not a cancer! but i think it's linked to diabetes! NO NOT AT ALL! it is a problem witht the pressure in the eye, my son was born with a rare type of it. an increase in the intraocular pressure ,some could be treated by simple medication and some by surgery .cancer is a completely different subject |
