Invisible skin cancer?

Are there forms of skin cancer which cannot be seen by the naked eye?

I usually get these pin prick sensations on the same part of my back. I don't know what could be causing it.. But when I take a look in the mirror there's nothing there. No marks like rashes or redness... nothing..

I have some freckles on my arms, but none on my back, I rarely go out in the sun shirtless so my back is rarely exposed to the sun..

Cancer will leave a mark on the skin...sometimes just a puckering or "chicken skin" appearance. Get yourself checked out by a doctor, its better than worrying.
