Is watching tv out of just the right eye a serious problem? |
I'm 19, and for as long as I can remember I've watched television out of just my right eye. Recently, I saw a commercial with celebrities talking about early cancer detection and one sign was watching the television out of the right eye. I also have migraines, not as frequent as I used to, and when I was younger I got a CAT scan because of my headaches and I was fine. Also, I found out a couple years ago that my father (whom I don't live with nor see much) does it too. Its probably just a habit now. The only concern would be developing a lazy eye...the one that is not being used. You should try to force yourself to use the other...and maybe you are not using it for a reason...i.e. you can't see well out of it...so see an eye Dr. Sir if you think they are the symptoms why dont you go check? take care of yourself It is likely a lazy eye. A doctor could tell you different. I do the same thing as you, except i look out the left eye. My problem is a 'lazy eye', ive had it ever since a young age. Ive had Operation's to straighten my Right eye and i currently wear glasses. I suggest you go to a Optometrist and get your vision checked out etc Good Luck! |
